A must-try Easter cocktail for chocolate lovers!
Ingredients
- 2 large Lindt bunnies (200g each)
- 3 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- 1 cup milk
- Whipped cream
- Baileys Irish Cream from BWS
Method
- Unwrap the ears of the Lindt bunnies and break off the chocolate to reveal a small hole in the top
- Melt the chocolate "ears" in a small bowl using the double boiler method
- In a blender mix the vanilla ice cream, milk, and melted chocolate
- Pour the milkshake into the bunnies via the ears followed by whipped cream
- (For a cocktail twist) Add one shot of Baileys Irish Cream
- Enjoy the Lindt bunny milkshake with a straw and then finish eating the bunny!
